Ingredients For porkloin & gravy

  • oil for frying
  • pork loin chops, boneless
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 3
    eggs

How To Make porkloin & gravy

    Pour oil into pan. Turn on low heat to get oil hot.

    Mix eggs & tablespoon milk in bowl.
  • Double dipped frying in an electric fryer

    Add 1 cup of flour to ziploc bag, add porkloin to bag & shake. Then dip in egg mixture. Repeat process. Continue until all pieces of loin is floured.
  • Good & brown, ready for the milk & flour.

    Add loin pieces to pan,salt & pepper to taste.Turning heat up to medium. Brown evenly on both sides. After all pieces are done, remove from pan & place on plate.
  • Milk & flour added, gravy made. Ready to eat!

    After loin has been removed from pan, add tablespoons of flour to oil stirring frequently. When the flour becomes light brown, add milk slowly and continue stirring.You may want to turn the heat back down to low. At this point you may use a whisk to control the lumps as it will be thickening. Add more milk if the gravy isn't your desired consistency. Then add fried loin pieces back into the pan. Ladle gravy over loin pieces.Ready to serve! Enjoy!!
