Ingredients For pork with green onions

5 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspcold water

4 tspcorn starch

1 tspsugar

1 1/2 lbpork sirloin, cut up for stir-fry meat

2 Tbspdry sherry
-
2 tsprice vinegar
-
1 tspsesame oil
-
2 Tbsppeanut oil
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 bunchgreen onions, sliced into 1-2 inch pieces

1 cansliced bamboo shoots, drained

1 cansliced waterchesnuts, drained

hot cooked rice
How To Make pork with green onions

1Mix 3 Tbsp soy sauce, cold water, cornstarch, and sugar in bowl; add pork, refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2Mix remaining 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, sherry, vinegar and sesame oil; set aside.

3Head oil in uncovered wok at 400 degrees. Add garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add pork and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

4Add green onions, waterchesuts and bambo shoots. Stir-fry 30 seconds. Add Sherry mixture and stir until smooth and thickened. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
