Ingredients For pork stir fry

    center cut pork chops
  • 2
    carrots, slivered
  • 1
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 md
    yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 md
    zucchini. sliced
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    savory
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    turmeric
  • 1 c
    vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil

How To Make pork stir fry

  • 1
    In wok or skillet, cook pork until done. Add oil and heat.
  • 2
    Add vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.

    Set aside 1 Tbsp broth. Add remaining broth to wok. Add all seasonings. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in set aside broth. Add to wok. Cook stirring frequently until thickened.
