I wanted to make something different. I came up with this dish. They are bakedd breaded pork cutlets. Served with a nice savory onion wine sauce. It is delicious , and lower fat. Enjoy!

1 cseasoned bread crumbs

3/4 tspsalt

1 tsponion powder
-
3/4 tspgarlic powder
-
2 tspsugar

2 tspground mustard
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
-
1 1/2 - 2 lbpork sirloin chops or pork loin cut in to cutlets
-
1 cflour
-
2egg whites plus 1 whole egg
-
2 Tbspcanola oil
- SAUCE
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
1large onion sweet or yellow
-
1 1/2 clow sodium beef broth or stock
-
1/2 cwine white or marsala.

salt and pepper to taste
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
4 Tbspall purpose flour
How To Make breaded pork with a savory wine sauce by noreen

1Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl Mix well, and set aside for coating Pork.

2Oil foil lined sheet pan with the canola oil. Heat oven to 425 degree's.

3If using pork sirloin chops. No need to cut them. Cut Pork loin into pieces length wise. Cut each piece in to 1/4 inch slices. Then cut in to pieces all about the same size.

4Coat each piece of pork with flour. Dip in egg. Dip in crumbs last coating all sides.

5Place on oiled sheet pan, and bake for about 10-12 minutes, and flip over to other side. Cook an additional 10-12 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 145 degree's.

6While pork is baking. Make the sauce. In a sauce pan. Melt the butter. Add onions and cook until light golden brown and soft.

7Mix in flour. Stir and cook until smooth. Add the broth, wine,worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until mixture boils. Boil snd stir for 5 minutes. This will boil down some of the wine. Salt and pepper to taste.

8Serve sauce over cutlets!
