4boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/2 inches thick

salt and pepper

2 tspbutter
-
2 tspoil

1/2 cflour
-
1 tspminced garlic

1/2 cheavy cream

1 tspbutter
How To Make pork loin chops with garlic sauce

1Salt and pepper pork.

2Heat oil and butter in skillet.

3Dredge chops in flour.

4Fry on med-hi until browned on both sides.

5Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Remove chops and keep warm.

7To skillet add garlic.

8Cook 1 minute until garlic is soft.

9Add cream, cook for 1 minute.

10Add 1 t butter, stir to mix well.

11Serve chops with sauce on top.
