How To Make pork chops with hoppin' john

1Brown pork chops in skillet; if thick, simmer slowly, covered, to partially cook. Lift out chops and pour all fat from skillet.

2Add remaining ingredients and place chops on top. Bring to a boil. Stir; cover and lower heat.

3Cook 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender, most of liquid is absorbed and chops are done.
