Ingredients For pork chops with curried orange sauce

3/4 tspcurry powder, divided

1/4 tsppaprika

1/4 tspsalt

4boneless center cut pork chops (4 oz. each and about 1/2 inch thick)

1/3 corange marmalade
-
1 1/2 tspprepared horseradish
-
1 1/2 tspbalsamic vinegar
-
1/8 tspred pepper flakes

cooking spray
How To Make pork chops with curried orange sauce

1Combine 1/4 tsp. curry powder, 1/4 tsp. paprika and 1/4 tsp.salt. Sprinkle pork with the curry mixture. Combine 1/2 tsp. curry powder and all of the marmalade, horseradish, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl.

2Heat a large nonstick skillet, coated with cooking spray, over medium-high heat. Add the pork, cook for 5 minutes on each side (or until pork loses its pink color and reaches desired temperature).

3Remove pork chops from pan. Add the marmalade mixture to the pan and cook for 15 seconds, scraping the pan to loosen browned bits. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
