The pork chops are so tender, and the rice has the best flavor. This is so easy to make and can be made for a crowd. Serve just this for an easy dinner or add some other sides to compliment it.

Ingredients For pork chops & rice

4-5thick sirlion pork chops

2-3 bagboil in bag rice

1-2 cancream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 lgyellow bell bepper( or green)

1 lgred bell pepper( or green)

8 ozsliced mushrooms
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsppaprika
-
1 tspcajun seasoning
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

3 Tbspoil, canola or veg
How To Make pork chops & rice

1Mix all spices in a small bowl and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops. Boil rice as directed, drain well and mix cans of soup in. ( can salt if you want)

2Heat oil and sear both sides of pork chops, drain and place in a large casserole dish.

3Slice peppers in strips ( or chunks) remove stems from mushrooms( if you want, I did) spread over pork chops. Spread rice on top , cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350.
