Ingredients For pork chops in sour cream sauce

    loin pork chops
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    beef bouillon crystals
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make pork chops in sour cream sauce

    Sprinkle pork chops generously with garlic salt and brown in large skillet. Add 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, onion, ketchup, and bouillon. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.

    Remove chops and keep warm. Combine 1/4 cup water and flour. Add to cooking liquid slowly but constantly stirring until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream. DO NOT BOIL.

    Serve chops with sauce on top.
