Ingredients For pork chops fricasse with green plaintains

6pork chops

1/2onion, chopped

1/2green pepper, chopped

3garlic cloves, chopped

1bay leaf

1 Tbspgreen olives

1 tspcapers

2 cantomato sauce

1/2 cwhite wine

1/2 tspcumin

1 bunchcilantro, chopped

1green plantain

How To Make pork chops fricasse with green plaintains

1In a large skillet, put olive oil and brown pork chops on both sides.

2remove and place aside,add in the rest of the ingredients.(except the green plantain)

3then place the pork chops back in.

4peel and cut the green plantain in 1/2 inch pieces.

5add to the pork chops and combine, cover and simmer about 30 mins. stirring occasionally...serve with white rice.
