Ingredients For pork chops and brussel sprouts

4 mdpork chops, center cut

1 bagbrussel sprouts, frozen

2 tspdijon mustard
-
2 tspground ginger
-
1/2 cmaple syrup

2 tspchopped garlic

1 tspapricot pineapple preserves

1 Tbspapple butter
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 Tbspbutter

4 Tbspflour
How To Make pork chops and brussel sprouts

1Melt olive oil and butter in skillet. Put flour in a ziplock bag and put one pork chop at a time in flour and put in skillet. Salt and pepper the meat or add any other seasonings you like.

2Put Brussels sprouts in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes.

3Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.

4Turn your chops over in the skillet and add cooked Brussels sprouts on top. Then pour on the sauce and put a lid on skillet and turn to low for 15 minutes or until chops are done.
