One of my all time favorite dishes. My mom used to cook this for my sister and I all the time with white rice!! Love it! I now cook it for my kids and always make sure I fix enough to share with her.

Ingredients For pork chop with mushroom gravy

  • 4-6
    pork chops
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    sour cream (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil

How To Make pork chop with mushroom gravy

    Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.

    Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.

    Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.
  • 4
    Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.

    Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
