pork chop with mushroom gravy
One of my all time favorite dishes. My mom used to cook this for my sister and I all the time with white rice!! Love it! I now cook it for my kids and always make sure I fix enough to share with her.

Ingredients For pork chop with mushroom gravy

4-6pork chops

2 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 cmilk
-
2-3 Tbspsour cream (optional)

salt and pepper to taste

1 tspolive oil
How To Make pork chop with mushroom gravy

1Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.

2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.

3Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.

4Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.

5Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
