These are so easy to make and really delicious for how simple a dish it is. I usually serve it with a can of stewed sweet potatoes and some fresh greens.

    lean pork loin chops
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 can
    chicken and rice soup, undiluted

How To Make pork chop & rice dinner

    Dredge flour onto pork chops and brown in hot oil on both sides in a frying pan.

    Arrange chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour chicken & rice soup over the top.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
