6bone-in pork loin chops

1 cancream of chicken

1 can(4 oz) chopped mushrooms

1/4 cdijon mustard

1/4 cchicken broth

2garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspdried basil

1/2 tsppepper

6red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into thin slices

1onion, sliced

parsley
How To Make pork chop dinner

1Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Brown chops, both sides.

2Combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, broth, garlic, salt, basil, and pepper. Put in slow cooker. Add potatoes and onions; stir to coat. Place chops on top.

3Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
