Ingredients For pork chili

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, minced
  • 32 oz
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 can
    chili beans
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin, ground
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder, ground

How To Make pork chili

    In a large skillet, add pork, garlic and onion. Cook, stirring to break pork into small pieces and until pork is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain.

    Add all other ingredients to pork mixture, mixing well. Allow to simmer about 10 minutes, or until all flavors are well incorporated. NOTE: You may add less or more cumin and chili powder to taste.
