This is super easy and quick..kinda like a light meatloaf..without the wait..when you grate your onion on a very small grater..you wil get like a mushy substance..it's what I call onion juice..use this mushy stuff..use an onion about the sz. Of a small golf ball( smaller) ..my daughter will not eat meatloaf of any kind..but she'll eat this..go figure

Ingredients For pork burgers..( healthy)

1 .lbground pork

1 c. Or sooatmeal, uncooked

1 sleeveritz crackers, crushed

3lg. eggs

Appx.1/4 csweet baby rays bbq sauce

1 sc./tbspchia seeds
-
1-2 tbspall natural worchestire sauce

1/4-1/2 tsground sage
-
1/2-1 tspground white pepper
-
sea salt/ freshly ground
-
Variessliced extra sharp white chedder( optional)

2tspminced/juiced onion(xtra small)
How To Make pork burgers..( healthy)

1Mix eggs,worchestire sauce, and BBQ sauce to ground pork..mix well with fork to break up meat..will be very wet( mushy/soupy)

2Crush crackers over too of meat mix. And pour oatmeal over top too..add chia seeds over top as well..mix well..using the sprinkling containers that the spices come in sprinkle your pepper and sage over top..using your sea salt Grinder, grind sea salt over top..just enough to cover top..juice/mince your onion with a very small( tiny) grater..add more oatmeal as needed till mixture comes together and you can make a patty and have it stay together..put a little smart balance light flaxseed oil buttery spread in a skillet..turn on med heat..put your partied in pan and fry slowly..doesn't take very long to be done .

3When they are browned and cooked through add some reduced fat chedder( or reg. if you desire)..
