I call this Pork Basille after my British friend had me for lunch and this is what she made. I love this dish...

Ingredients For pork basile

2 lbpork tenderloin cut in chunks

3 lgoinions sliced

1 lbsliced mushrooms (your choice)

1 canfrench style green beans

5carrots sliced

2jalapeno peppers seeded and diced fine

2bay leaves
-
1 jarbertolli vodka sauce

1 cheavy cream
-
salt and pepper to taste

wild rice, cooked
How To Make pork basile

1Cube the pork and brown in a large Dutch oven with salt, pepper bay leaf. I use olive oil and about 3 tablespoons of butter

2then add, sliced onions, carrots, green beans (drained) mushrooms and jalapeno. Sautee for about 15 minutes

3Add Bertolli Vodka sauce stir. Add heavy cream. Taste for seasoning. Add more if needed. Let simmer for 3 hours or until pork is fork tender serve with brown rice and a hot roll
