I've been trying to recreate mom's pork and sauerkraut recipe. Been checking different recipes and adjusted and come pretty close to mom's. This dish is truly filling and good and is even better the second day. One of those crockpot recipes ya gotta love. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For pork and sauerkraut-connie's

1 lgpackage sauerkraut

1pork tenderloin, cut into large chucks

salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbspcelery seed
-
5potatoes, peeled and sliced into hunks
-
5carrots, peeled and sliced into hunks
-
1/2 capple vinegar
-
2 cwater
How To Make pork and sauerkraut-connie's

1Drain sauerkraut.

2Place sauerkraut into crock-pot.

3Place tenderloin pieces on top.

4Pot potatoes and carrots into crock-pot.

5Add vinegar and water mixture.
-
6Put celery seed, salt and pepper into crock-pot mixture.

7Stir well.

8Cook 5 hours on low.
