Ingredients For peppercorn pork tenderloin

1/2-1 tspground black pepper, on the coarse side

1pork tenderloin

2 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspbrandy

1/2 cwhipping cream

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1/4 tspsalt

1 pinchthyme
-
1 pinchmarjoram

1 pinchrosemary
How To Make peppercorn pork tenderloin

1Press pepper into all sides of tenderloin.

2Heat butter in a frying pan that just fits the pork and brown over medium high heat.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Pour brandy over the pork.

5Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan.

6Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.

7Remove pork and cut into 1/2 inch slices.

8Pour sauce over top.
