Living in an apartment complex where I wasn't allowed a grill forced me to become inventive with my cooking.

Ingredients For oven "bbq" ribs

  • 3-6
    boneless pork ribs
  • 1 bottle
    honey barbeque sauce (my fav. is sweet bay rays)
  • water

How To Make oven "bbq" ribs

  • 1
    Place ribs in a dutch oven or a covered casserole pan. (It's good to have a great deal of head space with the casserole pan because it will spatter during cooking)

    Cover with entire bottle of sauce. Then rinse the bottle with water and empty into pan. Make sure you have enough liquid to just cover the ribs

    Cook 3 ribs for 3 hours at 275 F. Add an additional 30 minutes for each additional rib.

    Serve with buttered egg noodles.

    You can easily make this in a crockpot. My suggestion is to use the low setting for the entire day (approx 7 hrs).
