Something special to serve Dad or Hubby on Fathers Day. Cut into that egg and its a great sauce for your meal. Take away the bread and You have a low carb meal!

Ingredients For open-face blt egg sandwich

  • 2 slice
    any bread toasted
  • mayonnaise
  • onion slices
  • 1 lg
    tomato sliced
  • lettuce leaves
  • 6 slice
    bacon cooked
  • 2 lg
    sunny side up eggs

How To Make open-face blt egg sandwich

  • 1
    Toast bread and place on each plate. Spread with mayo. Layer onion, tomato, Salt and lay lettuce then 3 slices bacon on each. Fry eggs to your liking, salt and pepper and top each sandwich. Enjoy!!
