3/4 cyellow onions, finely chopped

1/4 cgreen bell pepper, finely chopped

1 mdapple, finely chopped

2eggs
-
1 lbground beef, lean
-
1/2 lbsausage, hot
-
1 Tbsphorseradish
-
1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspdry mustard
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/4 cketchup
How To Make mother's meatloaf recipe

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

2IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS.

3LIGHTLY MIX IN GROUND BEEF AND SAUSAGE.

4THEN ADD CRUMBS, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER AND APPLE. TOGETHER WITH HORSERADISH, SALT, MUSTARD, MILK AND KETCHUP.

5MIX AND THEN SHAPE INTO AN OVAL LOAF. SPREAD TOP WITH KETCHUP [APPROXIMATELY 1/2 CUP].

6BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
