    bread crumbs, fresh
  • 3/4 c
    yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 md
    apple, finely chopped
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    ground beef, lean
  • 1/2 lb
    sausage, hot
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup

How To Make mother's meatloaf recipe

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

    IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS.

    LIGHTLY MIX IN GROUND BEEF AND SAUSAGE.

    THEN ADD CRUMBS, ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER AND APPLE. TOGETHER WITH HORSERADISH, SALT, MUSTARD, MILK AND KETCHUP.

    MIX AND THEN SHAPE INTO AN OVAL LOAF. SPREAD TOP WITH KETCHUP [APPROXIMATELY 1/2 CUP].

    BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES.
