I use a clay pot to bake this pork. A clay pot is soaked for 15 minutes in water and then set in a cold oven and let it come up to temperature. It makes the pork so moist and tender. But you can use a regular baking dish

How To Make marinated asian pork tenderloin with hoisin gravy

1Mix ingredients for marinade together and place pork in marinade and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

2Place pork with marinade in baking dish covered with foil and place in 350 degree oven. Bake for about an hour until internal temp reaches 180 degrees.

3Place pork on carving board and tent with foil and let rest.

4Place pork drippings in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Deglaze with wine and let reduce to half. Add the broth bouillon, hoisin, and brown sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water and pour in pan to thicken gravy. Serve over pork
