Ingredients For low carb sausage and mushroom hash

  • 1 lb
    fresh ground lean pork
  • 1
    red bell peppers, diced
  • 1
    anaheim pepper, diced
  • 1 c
    sweet onion, diced
  • 8
    med brown mushrooms
  • 2 tsp
    mrs. dash original blend
  • 1 tsp
    granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    granulated onion
  • **tomatillo salsa, opt
  • **cilantro, fresh for garnish
  • **salt to taste
  • **olive oil

How To Make low carb sausage and mushroom hash

    Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems. Cut into small bite size pcs. Dice peppers and onion.

    Drizzle a couple tbsp. of olive oil and add pork, onion and anaheim, granulated garlic and granulated onion to skillet. Cook till lightly browned, breaking up sausage as it cooks.

    Once sausage is lightly browned, add red bell. cook another 10 min., or until sausage it done. Add mushrooms and stir to mix in well. If using salsa, add now. Remove from heat and cover with lid. Let sit about 5 min., garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
