I use St. Louis Pork Ribs.They have more meat when your feeding a family.I use three methods of cooking. Made these for my grandson who is in THE UNITRD STATES AIRFORCE He was deployed to Afghanistan next week, He asked for my ribs. He loves them. 2/10/14

Ingredients For karl's bbq ribs

2slabes st.louis ribs
-
3 Tbspmontreal steak seasoning
-
6 clovegarlic cut in half
-
2whole ancho chiles (seeded)

2 ckarl's bbq sauce ( or your favorite sauce )
How To Make karl's bbq ribs

1Wash the ribs and turn over. Scrach the membrain a little,I use a tomato shark.Then rub the ribs with the montreal seasoning.

2Then put the rib in the smoker for one hour.I use oak wood, you can use what ever you have.

3Then put the ribs flat in a pan and add the garlic, ancho, and fill half way with water. Then cover with Clingwrap,and Aluminum foil.

4Place pan in the middle rack of oven. Cook at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.

5When done open very carfully so you don't get burned. Let rest for about 15 minutes then sauce the ribs and put on the grill for 15 more minutes or until hot.
