juicy & tangy glazed ham

Another one of my favorite glazes for ham that I would serve on Easter. Juicy and tangy lend such wonderful tastes to this ham.

Ingredients For juicy & tangy glazed ham

  • 1
    10 lb fully cooked ham w/ bone
  • 1-1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves

How To Make juicy & tangy glazed ham

  • 1
    Heat oven to 325. Place ham in a roasting pan. Place ham in oven. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients over medium heat.

    Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 5 mins. Let ham bake 2 hrs, then remove from oven and brush w/ glaze.

    Put ham back in oven, continue cooking until heated through, brushing w/ glaze every 10 mins.
