Ingredients For italian sausages with roasted peppers and onions

  • 1 pkg
    italian sausage, mild
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1 lg
    green pepper
  • 1 lg
    red bell pepper
  • 1 lg
    yellow bell pepper
  • garlic pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian salad dressing

How To Make italian sausages with roasted peppers and onions

    Chop up onion and peppers. Saute in a tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the Italian Dressing when onions are slightly brown. Season to taste with garlic pepper.

    Spray another skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 10 minutes, turning links often.

    Reduce heat to a medium-low and add the onion and peppers mix. Simmer until ready to serve. Serve on rolls, with rice, or potatoes! Just delicious anyway you fix it!
