Ingredients For italian sausage in tomato cream sauce

  • 6
    hot or sweet italian sausage or a mix of both.
  • 12 oz
    pasta of choice
  • 1 tsp
    italian herb seasoning by mccormack freshly ground
  • 1 pinch
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2/3 tsp
    freshly chopped fine garlic green stems or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can
    14 oz dice tomates

How To Make italian sausage in tomato cream sauce

    Cook pasta while preparing sausage. Remove sausage from casting, crumble and brown Drain grease if there is any. Add tomatoes, salt, Italian herbs, nutmeg and garlic stems. Add cream and bring to a slightly boil. Turn down to simmer and add parmesan cheese. Cook till slightly thickened, Pour over cooked and drained pasta. Toss and serve with green salad.

    I used only Hot Italian sausage, It I didn't have Hot Italian Sausage I would have added some crushed peppers.
