2 lbpork tenderloin

1 tspeach salt, fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and parsley minced

1/2 tspblack pepper

6 clovegarlic minced and pressed into a paste

1/2 cwater
- GLAZE

1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

1/4 cbalsamic vinegar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

How To Make herbed pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze

1Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towel. Mix the herbs and salt and pepper together. mince the garlic and then press it flat with side of knife to make a paste. Mix that with the herbs. Rub the herb mixture over the outside of the pork Place in a slow cooker and add the 1/2 cup water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

2To make the glaze mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer until thickened.

3Remove pork from slow cooker slice and serve with sauce drizzled over.
