Ingredients For herbed pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze

  • 2 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp
    each salt, fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and parsley minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced and pressed into a paste
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make herbed pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze

    Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towel. Mix the herbs and salt and pepper together. mince the garlic and then press it flat with side of knife to make a paste. Mix that with the herbs. Rub the herb mixture over the outside of the pork Place in a slow cooker and add the 1/2 cup water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

    To make the glaze mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer until thickened.

    Remove pork from slow cooker slice and serve with sauce drizzled over.
