herbed pork chops
You can grill or fry pork chops, but I prefer to bake mine. Baking them covered with a little water makes them VERY tender and juicy.

1 1/2 tsporegano, divided

1 1/2 tspbasil, divided

1 1/2 tspparsley, divided

1 tspgarlic powder, divided

How To Make herbed pork chops

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2FOR EACH PORK CHOP:

3Brush the top lightly with oil.

4Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon each, parsley, oregano and basil and with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

5Place the chops in a baking dish in a single layer.

6Add a little water to the pan being careful not to pour it directly on the chops. Do not cover the chops with the water.

7Cover the dish with foil.

8Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
