Ingredients For herb-roasted pork tenderloin

1/4 csoy sauce

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

1/4 cvegetable oil

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspdried marjoram
-
1 tsprubbed sage

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspground ginger
-
1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

2 pkgpork tenderloin (1 1/2 lbs each)
How To Make herb-roasted pork tenderloin

1Stir together first 11 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.

2Prick pork with a fork, and place in marinade, turning to coat.

3Cover dish, or seal bag; Chill 2 hours.

4Remove from marinade, discarding marinade.

5Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork registers 160 degrees.
