1Mix all ingredients together and marinade for 24 to 48 hours.

2Remove pork from marinade. Pour marinade into a saucepan and reduce until thickened about 15 minutes.

4Place pork in roasting pan with a rack. Pour 1 cup water in bottom of roaster. Brush sauce all over pork. Roast pork at 350 degrees. basting with sauce every 15 minutes for 1 and 1/2 hours. Serve with sauce over top.
