Ingredients For hawaiian meatballs

1 lbground beef (lean is best)

1 lbground pork
-
1 ccrushed ritz crackers / or bread crumbs

1 Tbspworcertershire sauce
-
1egg
-
1/4 cmilk or buttermilk
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
- SAUCE
-
1/2 csoy sauce, low sodium
-
1/3 cbrown sugar packed
-
3 Tbspvinegar
-
1 ccrushed pineapple
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspcorn startch + 3 -4 tbls water to thicken sauce

How To Make hawaiian meatballs

1Preheat oven to 400. Grease a baking sheet.

2Combine all the meatball ingredients and form into small balls 1- 2 inches big. place on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 min.

3In a small bowl mix corn starch and 3-4 Tbs water and set aside. Mix remaining sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and place on Med heat and bring to a boil. Whisk in the cron starch mixture and stir till thick. Reduce heat and simmer till meatbslls are ready. If you feel the sauce is too thick you can always add a bit of water to it.

4When meatballs are cooked place in a large bowl and pour sauce over. Serve with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds
