Ingredients For grown- up tater tot nachos

1 bagfrozen tater tots

2 cmexican blend shredded cheese

1 lbchorizo

2 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cdry red wine

1 mdjar salsa
-
1 ptsour cream
-
1/4 ccilantro chopped

3 mdgreen onions chopped

1 smjalapeno seeded and minced
How To Make grown- up tater tot nachos

1Add oil to pan saute onions, garlic, and jalapeno until softened. Add red wine and reduce until almost evaporated. Add Chorizo and cook until done. Stir in jar of salsa. Season with salt and pepper.

2Meanwhile in 425 degree oven bake tater tots in single layer on baking sheet until crispy.

3In greased baking pan add tater tots then top with meat mixture then cheese. Put back in oven until cheese is melted.

4Remove from oven and top with green onions, cilantro and sour cream. Serve immediately.
