Ingredients For grilled smoked sausage fajitas

1 pkgsmoked sausage link, i like skinless - grilled and sliced as shown in directions

8flour tortillas, fajita size
- SAUTEED VEGGIES:

1bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 mdonion, thinly sliced
-
1 tspoil
-
1/8 tspeach - ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, sugar

salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCES:
-
mustard
-
ranch dressing
-
sweet baby ray's chipotle barbeque sauce
- GARNISHES:
-
4 ozgrated mild cheddar cheese
-
1tomato, sliced thin
-
1avocado, sliced
-
pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
How To Make grilled smoked sausage fajitas

1Keep sausage warm until ready to serve. Cut into 4 pieces, and slice those in half length-wise to fit tortillas.

2Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium low heat. Add bell pepper and onion slices.

3Add spices and cook veggies until tender.

4On a warmed flour tortilla add sausage slices, peppers and onions, cheese and any other toppings such as sliced avocado, tomato, and peppers. Drizzle ranch, bbq sauce, and mustard over fajita. Enjoy!
