I tend to have all these ingredients on hand at all times and make this often. After finding this handwritten recipe in my personal cookbook (that houses my own as well as family member recipes) today, I began craving this amazingly sweet barbeque-ish, meaty and beany dish! I think it will be Friday's dinner! If I remember I will take a picture then and post it! 10 ingredients that sound kind of weird together, but makes one heck of a nice winter meal! You can substitute turkey products easily for the kielbasa and ground beef, but the bacon. I don't think turkey bacon would be very tasty!

Ingredients For four bean casserole

1 lbbacon

1 lbground beef

1 pkgkielbasa/polish sausage

1/2 ccatsup

3 dashvinegar

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 cangreat northern beans

1 canpork and beans

1 canbutter beans

1 cankidney beans
How To Make four bean casserole

1Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces and slice kielbasa sausage into 1/4 inch slices.

2Brown bacon, hamburger and kielbasa together in a large skillet, drain and rinse. Return to skillet.

3To the meat mixture add catsup, vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir until well combined on low heat.

4Add the beans to the skillet, stir well.

5Cover the pan and let simmer on low heat for an hour, stirring occasionally.

6Serve hot!
