1 lgjar fire roasted red tomatoes - diced - fine

1 lgyellow onion - diced - fine

1 cshallots - diced - fine

1/2 csugar

1 1/2 chickory smoked barbecue sauce

1 canbeef stock
-
4 Tbspmustard, spicy brown

1 Tbspdry mustard

1 Tbspcinnamon

1 tspkosher salt
-
2 canred kidney beans
-
2 cangreat northern beans
-
2 cannavy beans
-
1 1/2 lbhickory smoked bacon - diced fine

1 1/2 cbrown sugar - packed

1 cchili sauce your choice
-
1 cmolasses - dark
-
1 tspchili powder

1 tspred pepper flakes

1 Tbsphot sauce - tabasco

3/4 tspblack pepper

4 lgcans pork and beans *** do not drain ***
How To Make fireman bob's baked beans with fire roasted tomato

1Fry bacon and crumble into small pieces.

2In the bacon grease saute the onion, and shallots till softened then add ground beef, pork sausage, and ground veal and cook till browned. *** Drain well.

3Mix all the ingredients in a 7 quart Dutch Oven and bake covered for 3 hours at 250 degrees. Enjoy!
