Ingredients For easy glazed pork roast

  • 1 box
    pork stuffing mix, i used pepperidge farms
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 2 lb
    boneless pork loin roast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1
    14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce

How To Make easy glazed pork roast

    Heat oven to 350 Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Prepare stuffing as directed on box, stir in cranberries, let cool.

    Place roast in pan, sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Cut 7 slits into pork at intervals. Don't cut all the way through.

    Evenly spoon stuffing into slits. In bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, marmalade and parsley. Pour evenly over pork. Bake 50 mins.
