How To Make down home pulled pork

1Preheat grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Sprinkle pork loin with pepper and garlic salt.

2Place on grill and cook about 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 155-160*. Allow meat to cool while preparing sauce.

3Shred pork into small pieces, discard any remaining fat. Place pork in a large pot; stir sauce into pork and simmer 40 minutes. Serve on warmed buns, or rolls. Enjoy! Makes 8-10 servings..
