- ADD: REMAINING INGREDIENTS, & MIX WELL,

2 Tbsppepper

2 Tbspsalt

2 tspcloves

2 tspmace

1whole nutmeg (grated)

1 Tbspcayenne pepper (optional)
- RUN THRU GRINDER ONCE AGAIN.
How To Make deep south sausage (homemade) by freda

1Follow Directions ABOVE in These Ingredients & MIX WELL!

2Shape into Patties, Not too Thick, Flatten Nicely. Place on Baking Sheets, FREEZE, Then Place in Freezer Bags & Seal (I use Vacuum Sealing as in Seal a meal) Label & Date all Pkgs.

3Remove from Freezer, Thaw, Then Fry until Browned on both sides. Enjoy for Breakfast.
