crockpot pork tenderloin
I wanted something different to put in a crockpot because it is getting too hot to start the oven, so I threw this and that and my Hubby loved it! It is Company quality!!! He said he wouldn't mind having pork once a week!!!

Ingredients For crockpot pork tenderloin

3 lbpork tenderloin

1 candiced italian tomatoes

1 cansliced mushrooms
-
1 smsliced onion
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

2 Tbspcorn starch
How To Make crockpot pork tenderloin

1Place pork tenderloin in your crockpot. (Mine was right out of the freezer) Start opening cans and pour into the crockpot over the tenderloin. Slice onion and put in crockpot, sprinkle onion soup mix over everything.

2Cook in Crockpot on low for about 3 hours. Turn to high for 3 more hours and stir ingredients a little around the tenderloin.

3When done, I took the tenderloin out and cut it into slices. I took 2 tbsp of cornstarch and added some gravy to it. Mix well and thicken to your liking. Put tenderloin back in and turn to warm. Prep mashed potatoes, Serve.
