Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For crock pot chops

4pork chops, each about 1/2 inch thick

2 mdonions, chopped

2celery ribs, chopped

1 lggreen pepper, sliced

14 1/2 ozcan stewed tomatoes

1/2 cketchup
-
2 Tbspcider vinegar
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbsplemon juice

1beef bouillon cube
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspwater
How To Make crock pot chops

1Salt and pepper pork chops if desired.

2Add all ingredients except water and cornstarch to the crock pot.

3Cook on low for 5 1/2 hours.

4Mix cornstarch and water together and stir into crock pot.

5Cook 30 minutes more.

6Serve over rice.
