Ingredients For crock pot carnitas

4 lbboneless pork shoulder roast

2 tspsalt

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tspground cumin
-
1 tspcoriander
-
1/2 tspground cinnamon

2 smbay leaves
-
1 canchicken broth
-
1 bagtortillas (flour)
How To Make crock pot carnitas
-
1Place bay leaves in the bottom of the crock pot. Mix all spices together. Coat one side of roast with spices & place on top of leaves & sprinkle the rest of the spices on roast. Pour broth around the sides of the roast, careful not to wash off spices. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours. Remove and shred with a fork. Use liquid as needed to moisten meat. Fill tortillas with whatever fixings you like.
