Another favorite of my family that dates back to my grandmother. These chops turn out crispy and delicious. I serve them with mashed potatoes, a veggie, and sawmill gravy. A great comfort meal any time! This recipe is very similar to my Crispy Southern Fried Chicken recipe. I found that it works very well with pork chops, too. Hope you enjoy these chops as much as we do.

We loved these old-fashioned fried pork chops. Flattening the boneless pork chops allows them to cook quickly and not dry out. Adding the chicken base to the light batter adds a savory flavor to the coating. Once fried, the coating is crispy, and the meat is juicy. Serve with your favorite sides for an easy weeknight meal.
