Ingredients For country pork ribs - my way

5 lbboneless, country ribs
-
salt and pepper
-
severalsprinkles onion powder
-
1lemon, sliced - used a mandolin
-
1 lgonion, chopped
-
2 cwater
-
1 cketchup
-
2 Tbspgarlic, minced - i used from a jar
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
1/4 cworcestershire sauce
-
1 1/2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1/4 choney
-
1 tspred pepper flakes - optional
-
few dropshot sauce
-
1/4 ccider vinegar
-
1 1/2 tspcelery seed
-
1 1/2 tspchili powder
How To Make country pork ribs - my way

1Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Season both sides of ribs with salt, pepper and onion powder.

2Spread into a shallow baking pan or dish.

3Sprinkle onion and lemon atop the ribs.

4Bake for 45 minutes. Last 5 minuted of baking; combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drain liquid from ribs.

5Pour the sauce over the ribs. Reduce oven to 350...bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours longer, or until desired tenderness.
