4bone-in pork loin chops

1 tspsalt, divided

1/4 tsppepper, divided

1 Tbspolive oil

1 can(15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained

2celery ribs, diced

1 csoft bread crumbs

1/3 cketchup
-
1 Tbspchopped green onion
How To Make corny pork chops

1Season pork chops with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. In a large skillet, cook chops in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until chops are slightly browned; drain.

2In a bowl, combine corn, celery, bread crumbs, ketchup, onion, and remaining salt and pepper.

3Place mixture in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Top with chops.

4Cover and bake in a preheated 325º oven for 40-45 minutes or until meat is tender.
