3/4 cfresh peaches, peeled and chopped

1 smred bell pepper, chopped

1jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

2 Tbspred onion, finely chopped

2 Tbspfresh cilantro, minced

1 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tspblack pepper
- PORK:

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcaribbean jerk seasoning

1 tspdried thyme
-
1 tspdried rosemary, crushed

1/2 tspseasoning salt

1 lbpork tenderloin
How To Make caribbean pork tenderloin with peach salsa

1In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; set aside.

2In another small bowl, combine the oil, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, thyme, rosemary and seasoned salt. Rub over the pork.

3Grill, covered, over medium heat for 9 to 11 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

4Serve with salsa.
