This is a recipe out of a Marlboro cook book my son received in the mail several years ago(thank the lord he has quit smoking now). It is sweet and spicy and one of our favorites when we have cook outs.

Ingredients For big ol' mess

1 lbsmoke sausage, cut into chunks

3jalapenos, sliced

1bell pepper, cut into bite size chunks

1onion, cut into bite size chunks

1/4 ctabasco sauce

10 ozjar sweet and sour sauce
How To Make big ol' mess

1Mix all ingredients together. Tear a piece of foil 12"x18" and place the ingredients on the foil cover with a second sheet of foil and fold and crimp the edges tightly together so the ingredients cannot fall out. Place on grill and cook 45 minutes turning every 15 minutes. We serve this on soft tortillas. I have also baked it in the oven. If you don't want it real spicy cut down on the jalapenos.
