This is one of my favorite recipes from my mother in law--my husband asks me to make it at least once or twice a month. I like the tangy and spicy together..Hope you like it..

Ingredients For best meat loaf since mashed potatoes

1/2 cseasoned bread crumbs

2 lgeggs,beaten

1 csalsa, you choose the heat

1/2 cnacho cheese chips,crushed

1/2 ceach chopped, .bell pepper,onion and celery
-
1 smjalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped

6 clovegarlic,minced
-
1/2 tspeach pepper,italian seasoning and seasoned salt
-
1 lbeach ground pork and ground beef
- CHEESE SAUCE
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
3 Tbspketchup
-
1/4 cshredded cheddar cheese

topping:combine the 3 ingredients . set aside
How To Make best meat loaf since mashed potatoes

1Heat oven to 350^. Grease a 9x5 inch bread loaf pan;set aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing well to combine evenly. Press into prepared pan.

2Bake,for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160^. 10 minutes before removing from oven spread the cheese sauce over top and bake until cheese melts. Let meat loaf rest in pan for a few minutes before removing to platter and slicing.
