Ingredients For bbq ribs pressure cooked

  • 1 md
    sweet onion
  • 2-3 lb
    spareribs & country ribs
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    sweet bbq rub
  • 1 lg
    bottle kc masterpiece bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make bbq ribs pressure cooked

    Cut the ribs into single servings and place all the ribs into a dutch oven of boiling water and applecider vinegar and let them cook until meat is cooked and not pink.

    Place peeled and chopped onion in the bottom of pressure cooker. Season the ribs and layer them next on top of onions.

    Cover all ribs with bbq sauce and cover with pressure cooker lid. I cook them on low for 1hr. 30 minutes, then release the steam then open and check them.

    I cook them on low again for another 1 hr. 30 mins. I remove them from the cooker after steam is released. I layer them in heavy duty foil and wrap them and set in my oven on the lowest setting to keep them warm until I'm ready to serve.
